  Role Description

  We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves working closely with luxury products, managing inventory and supporting merchandising strategies.

  
  

  Key responsibilities include:

  Assisting in inventory management and stock trackingConducting quality checks for incoming luxury productsCoordinating with vendors for product sourcingOrganizing and maintaining merchandise assortmentMonitoring sales trends to optimize product mixSupporting retail and merchandising strategiesCollaborating with internal teams to meet business goals

  
  

  
  

  
  

  Qualifications

  
  

  Strong communication and customer service skillsExperience in sales or retail environmentsBasic understanding of marketing principlesHigh attention to detail and ability to multitaskProficiency in MS Office and inventory toolsPassion for fashion, luxury brands and sustainability
