    About the Role

    This role ensures effective corporate governance by managing secretarial functions, regulatory compliance, Board processes, and audit support, while overseeing statutory filings and records in line with SEBI and Companies Act requirements.


    What We Expect From You

    Preparation of Board and Committee documents, along with filings required under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other secretarial functions.Effective Management of the Board as well as the meetings for the Board of Directors, Management Committee, and shareholders. Maintenance of the SEBI/Companies Act compliance calendar and periodic filing of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliance reports.Management of borrowings, including drafting resolutions for term loans, DA/PTC/Co-lending, and end-to-end handling of Commercial Paper and Non-Convertible Debenture transactions.Providing and coordinating for data submissions for statutory,internal and secretarial audits.Managed website updates and maintenance to ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and the Companies Act.Updating statutory registers and maintaining records.


    Must Haves

    Qualified Company Secretary (CS) professional program, with 2 to 5 years experience .     Program Management:

    About the Role

    Navi is looking for an Associate Manager- Fraud Risk & Strategy (Investigation) to lead and execute high-quality, end-to-end fraud investigations across its financial services businesses, including Lending, Payments, Digital Gold, and AMC. This role is crucial in safeguarding Navi against financial fraud by identifying fraud triggers, uncovering root causes, supporting recovery efforts, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies.     About the Role

    This role is responsible for driving the IT audit strategy across Navi's entities, ensuring alignment with organizational risks and regulatory expectations. It plays a critical part in strengthening internal controls, enhancing IT governance, and providing independent assurance through proactive risk identification and audit oversight in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.


    What We Expect From You

    A. Strategic

    Own the development and implementation of the risk-based annual IT audit plans of various entities of Navi and ensure they are responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.Lead the annual and ongoing evaluations of IT infrastructure and establish controls and audit procedures to identify areas of risk or non-compliance of various entities and map with auditable entities / functions.Ensure proper resourcing for implementation of the plan, and adjust the plan as needed in response to changes in Navi's business risks, operations, programs, systems and controls.

    B. Process development

    Develop and update audit tools by considering IIA guidelines & audit manual, and different operational, legal and environmental changes of the entities.Proactively inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance and governance requiring prompt attention.Provide feedback and recommendations on IT & data risks and improve operational efficiencies and processes where appropriate.

    C. Leadership

    Maintain good relationships and work with a collaborative approach with all key stakeholders across various entities.Oversee Internal Audit's participation in critical business and technology initiatives and projects ensuring that audit's perspective is effectively voiced and appropriate controls are designed and implemented on a proactive basis.Serve as a "thought leader" with respect to IT risk management and internal control best practices.

    D. Operational

    Continuously inspect and assess various elements of the company's information systems and implement audit test plans.Identify and evaluate the IT risk exposure and recommend remediation strategies. Review security / digital measures taken by line function (CTO, CISO, Tech Leader and Line function) / new business initiatives. Coordinate with external auditors and regulators and provide independent assurance on the IT framework and associated controls.Track the issues and actions management process and ensure timely closure.Identify early warning signals in IT areas and identify potential fraud scenarios for in-depth review and investigation.Benchmark the company's systems to other available technologies on the market and strengthen the company further through use of technology.

    E. Reporting

    Issue all IT Audit reports in a timely manner ensuring the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.Ensure timely delivery of different MIS, reports, and data to assist the Function Head.Prepare materials and make presentations to the audit committee and management independently.


    Must Haves

    CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, PPM, PMP, DISA or equivalent IT audits related qualification is preferred. 7 or more years' of experience in IT audits preferred (with min 2-3 years in a team management role). Strong knowledge of IT security and infrastructure. Experience of working / auditing in agile product management environments.3 to 5 years of Fintech or NBFC industry experience with good expertise of RBI and / or IRDAI guidelines on IT frameworks & sensitive data protection is preferred (not mandatory).

    At Navi, the UPI team is responsible for driving the success of our UPI platform, owning the P&L and working in close partnership with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Tech and other support functions. The team focuses on expanding the customer base, boosting revenue and optimising costs through continuous improvement.


    About the Role

    We are looking for a strong candidate, who will ensure seamless transaction experiences for users by program managing monitoring, analyzing, and improving UPI reliability. The role demands identifying problem areas, driving structured projects to drive strategic projects or to fix systemic issues, and collaborating with banks, PSPs, and NPCI. You will be at the front line of safeguarding customer trust while shaping long-term reliability improvements.


    What We Expect From You

    Key Ownerships

    Monitoring & AnalysisTrack real-time UPI performance (success rates, pending/deemed transactions, SLA adherence).Identify problem areas by analyzing trends, failure hotspots, and ecosystem patterns.Publish daily/weekly reliability dashboards and insights for leadership.Problem Identification & ProjectsLead deep-dive root cause analysis for recurring reliability gaps and convert findings into structured reliability projects (e.g., reducing pending transactions, improving reconciliation timelines)Drive projects end-to-end with clear milestones, accountability, and success metricsIncident Management & EscalationsOwn escalation management for high-severity transaction issues and document learning and institutionalize preventive actions.Coordinate with PSPs, banks, and NPCI to ensure timely fixes.Process & GovernanceDefine and implement SOPs for transaction monitoring, escalation handling, and reconciliations.Ensure governance by setting up regular partner reviews on reliability KPIs.Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention.Customer Experience FocusMeasure and reduce customer escalations related to pending/failed transactionsPropose customer-facing solutions to enhance transparency during transaction delaysEcosystem & Stakeholder CollaborationWork with NPCI, PSPs, and banks to resolve systemic issues and influence ecosystem SLAsBuild strong cross-functional partnerships internally (CX, product, tech, finance).


    Must Haves

    Strong academics, extra curricular, communication and ambition for career growthExperience in payments, fintech, banking operations, reliability/incident management, or program managementGood understanding of the UPI ecosystem, NPCI processes, and PSP-bank integrations.Proven ability to identify problems, define projects, and drive execution to closure.Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven root cause analysis (SQL/Excel skills a plus).Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.Process-oriented, detail-focused, with ability to work under high-pressure situations.

    Sales Relationship Manager II - Home Loans

    Step into the front line of Navi's digital lending journey. You'll be the friendly voice that turns a quick tap on the app into a customer's very first home loan.Your day starts with warm, jargon-free conversations-explaining how the loan works, clearing doubts, and guiding customers through home loan journey on the app. As soon as questions pop up, you tackle them. The smoother you make the journey, the faster a customer moves from "I'm curious" to "Loan disbursed."Your success is measured by happy borrowers, quick turnaround, and the trust you earn along the way.

    Key Responsibilities

    Drive conversions: Make timely, high-quality calls to move customers from"interest" to "loan disbursed."

    Own every lead: Log, update, and follow up in the CRM until the query is fully resolved.

    Build trust quickly: Listen actively, think of quick solutions, and inspire confidence in Navi's value proposition.

    Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and exceptional service.

    Champion customer insights: Flag product or process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    Deliver against goals: Meet or exceed assigned targets for sales, productivity, quality, and compliance.


    Must Haves

    1. Education: Graduate in any discipline.

    2. Experience: 1 - 3 years of high-volume telesales / inside-sales

    3. Language skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and one South-Indian language (Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu).

    4. Influencing ability: Proven track record of converting B2C prospects and meeting sales targets.

    5. Communication: Clear, confident phone etiquette with strong listening and objection-handling skills.

    6. Tech readiness: Working knowledge of CRM systems, calling tools, and basic chat/email platforms.

    7. Customer-first mindset: Detail-oriented, ethical, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience end-to-end.
