We are looking for a full-time SEO Specialist / SEO Executive to support SEO activities across multiple digital marketing projects.The candidate can be a fresher or someone with prior SEO experience. However, they should have either practical SEO experience, relevant internship experience, or a certificate from a digital marketing/SEO course.
The candidate should be comfortable learning, executing tasks consistently, and working under the guidance of the Head of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research using
SEMrush.Support on-page SEO activities such as meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, and internal linking.Work on WordPress SEO using tools like Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or similar plugins.Perform basic technical SEO checks such as indexing, broken links, page speed, duplicate metadata, and crawlability issues.Analyze competitors and identify keyword/content opportunities.Support backlink-building activities such as directory submissions, guest post research, outreach, and backlink tracking.Coordinate with content writers and developers for SEO implementation.Track SEO performance using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.Prepare basic weekly/monthly SEO updates and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-3 years of SEO experience.Freshers can apply if they have completed a digital marketing/SEO course.Must provide either SEO work experience proof, internship proof, or Digital marketing/SEO course certificate.Basic understanding of SEO concepts.Working knowledge of
SEMrush is preferred.Basic knowledge of WordPress SEO is preferred.Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics is a plus.Good communication and willingness to learn.Must be based in
Trivandrum.
