Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support the company's business objectives.Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.Lead diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
2. Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators to ensure high performance, motivation, and growth. Foster a data-driven recruitment environment, leveraging analytics to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
3. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Build and manage relationships with key talent pools, universities, and industry professionals to maintain a robust pipeline. Lead executive-level and niche hiring for key strategic roles.
4. Employer Branding:
Develop and promote the company's employer brand, showcasing the organization as an employer of choice in the analytics space. Partner with marketing and communications to create content that highlights the company's culture, mission, and values
5. Partnerships and Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure value for investment in all third-party partnerships.
6. Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) to provide insights to leadership. Use data analytics to continually assess and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally in the technology or analytics sector.
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies in a high-growth environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
