JOB SUMMARY
Act as a HR business partner for the assigned groups, to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization with key focus on Talent Planning, Fostering Performance Driven Culture, Improving Talent Engagement and improving HR metrices.The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR related activities for 150-200 employees.JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit for all HR related matters.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.Ensures timely delivery of manpower needs based on dynamic business plans; partners with the talent acquisition team to build an effective pipeline to ensure timely closure of critical needs.Supports Managers in effective implementation of Goal based Assessment System. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Corporate HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Support the Business Head to design succession plans, role rotation plans and provide career development options for key talent and critical positions.Identifies training needs for business units and participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.Proposes changes for improved employee engagement and job satisfaction.Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.Performs other related duties as assigned.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Incumbent must be an MBA graduate/MSW/M.A. Psychology (with 60% throughout) from a recognized university with 4-6 years of experience in the similar function in a reputed organization (preferably from IT industry).Must possess sound knowledge of all HR systems and processes, including, but not limited to: Manpower planning and recruitment, On-boarding, Induction & Orientation, Training Need Identification and Coordination, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Talent Development, Employee Relations and Grievance Management, Attrition and Retention ManagementMust have strong MS excel and MS power-point skillsAbility to handle, analyse and interpret data is desirableStrong interpersonal skills and team working Read LessRole 1: Senior Domain Lead - Payments (Centre of Excellence)

Payments Domain & Product Leadership
Act as the Payments SME across Newgen's Payment Hub and related solutions.Drive and influence the Payments product roadmap, aligned to market trends and regulatory changes.Provide deep domain inputs on cross border payments, domestic rails, SWIFT, ISO 20022, MT/MX, etc.Market, Trends & Competition
Track global payments trends (ISO 20022, real time payments, cross border modernization, embedded FX).Perform competitive analysis and define clear differentiation for Newgen.Ensure Newgen stays ahead of market and competition.AI Led & Forward Thinking

Lead Payments product demos, workshops, and customer discussions.Own POCs-from scoping to success criteria and customer alignment.Act as a trusted advisor during strategic customer engagements.RFPs & Pre Sales
Own and contribute to Payments RFP responses, solution articulation, and compliance mapping.Support Sales and Pre Sales teams in strategic pursuits.Required Skills & Experience

Qualification and Experience
MBA and/ or engineer with specialization in marketing from an institute of repute.14 years of experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions with 14 years of software solutions sales experience in government vertical.Skill Set Required
