PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
We're looking for a Mitel PBX Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be a member of the team responsible for deploying voice installations, resources, and processes utilizing innovative technologies to deliver world-class solutions to the hospitality market. Must have Hosted and On-Prem PBX experience.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have a firm grasp of telephony technology and deployment experience in the hospitality industry. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Review the equipment lists to ensure accuracy. Work with the Project Management Team to schedule implementation and communicate with said PM throughout the project. Program systems remotely. Manage all processes as they relates to voice implementation deployments, and hand-off to support.
