    Job Summary


    The Community Manager will be responsible for driving engagement, participation, and execution of a student ambassador program across universities in India.

    The role requires a strong connection to college networks, student communities, and campus ecosystems, enabling effective outreach, engagement, and execution of student-led initiatives.

    The Community Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Student Ambassadors, ensuring consistent engagement, supporting activity execution, and maintaining strong coordination across participating institutions.


    Key Responsibilities


    1. University & College Network Engagement

    Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities across designated colleges.Leverage existing campus networks, student groups, and societies to support outreach and engagementFacilitate coordination with: Student clubs and organizations, Campus leadership groups, Faculty contacts (where applicable)Identify new opportunities to expand program reach across institutions


    2. Ambassador Engagement & Communication

    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Student AmbassadorsManage communication platforms: Discord, WhatsApp, EmailDrive structured engagement cadence: Weekly communication and updates, Bi-weekly check ins, Ongoing community engagement


    3. Program Execution Support

    Support ambassadors in executing: Campus events and outreach sessions, Awareness campaigns, Peer learning initiativesProvide guidance on: Event planning and structure, Campaign execution, Activity alignment


    4. Community & Content Management

    Manage and moderate communication channelsAdapt and share content for campus-level promotionHighlight ambassador achievements and milestonesPromote ongoing activities and campaigns


    5. Engagement Events & Programming

    Coordinate:Ambassador check-insEngagement sessions and webinarsSupport execution of: Workshops, Campus activities, Community initiatives

    Qualifications


    8 - 12 years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or learning experience design, ideally supporting external or professional audiencesDemonstrated experience delivering end to end learning assets, from design through development and buildStrong understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design best practicesDemonstrated ability to use AI enabled tools to support content development, including drafting designs, scripts, or learning assets, with clear accountability for final outputsExperience working with Subject Matter Experts and incorporating structured feedback into final deliverablesExperience supporting localization or translation workflows for learning content (in partnership with vendors or internal teams)Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience working in structured, enterprise environments with defined standards, processes, and governance

    The Community Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Student Ambassadors, ensuring consistent engagement, supporting activity execution, and maintaining strong coordination across participating institutions.


    Key Responsibilities


    1. University & College Network Engagement

    Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities across designated colleges.Leverage existing campus networks, student groups, and societies to support outreach and engagementFacilitate coordination with: Student clubs and organizations, Campus leadership groups, Faculty contacts (where applicable)Identify new opportunities to expand program reach across institutions


    2. Ambassador Engagement & Communication

    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Student AmbassadorsManage communication platforms: Discord, WhatsApp, EmailDrive structured engagement cadence: Weekly communication and updates, Bi-weekly check ins, Ongoing community engagement


    3. Program Execution Support

    Support ambassadors in executing: Campus events and outreach sessions, Awareness campaigns, Peer learning initiativesProvide guidance on: Event planning and structure, Campaign execution, Activity alignment


    4. Community & Content Management

    Manage and moderate communication channelsAdapt and share content for campus-level promotionHighlight ambassador achievements and milestonesPromote ongoing activities and campaigns


    5. Engagement Events & Programming

    Coordinate:Ambassador check-insEngagement sessions and webinarsSupport execution of: Workshops, Campus activities, Community initiatives


    6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

    Track ambassador participation and engagementValidate activity submissions (events, outreach, participation)Maintain records and provide reporting inputs


    7. Moderation & Community Culture

    Maintain a positive and inclusive community environmentEnforce community guidelinesAddress queries and resolve issues proactively


    Experience & Qualifications


    2-4 years' experience in: Community management, Student engagement or campus programs, Youth/community initiatives
