    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute regional strategies to grow student enrolments for partner universities and colleges abroad.Build and manage networks of educational consultants, coaching centers, and local institutions to generate quality student leads.Conduct student outreach through counselling events, education fairs, school/college visits, and digital campaigns.Maintain expert knowledge of academic programs, application processes, and visa requirements across key destination countries.Achieve recruitment and revenue targets by effectively managing the pipeline from inquiry to enrolment.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and localize campaigns for maximum regional impact.Provide market feedback to global teams on competitive trends, student preferences, and partner needs.Ensure compliance with ethical recruitment and institutional guidelines.Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the organization's student recruitment targets (annual and multi year).Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners including universities, colleges, language schools, pathway providers, and EdTech platforms in target destinations.Build and manage relationships with overseas institutions' international offices, recruitment teams, and marketing departments to expand program and scholarship options for students.Design and deliver joint marketing and outreach campaigns (webinars, fairs, digital events, school/college visits) to generate qualified student leads.Work closely with student recruitment, counseling, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership activities and agreed targets.Monitor and report partnership performance (applications, offers, conversions, revenue), recommending actions to improve ROI and student outcomes.Maintain an up-to-date database/CRM of partners, agreements, contacts, and activity history, ensuring high data quality.Represent the organization at international education events, fairs, conferences, and missions to build visibility and new collaborations.Stay updated on destination country policy changes, admission trends, and market shifts affecting international student mobility.
