Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in U.S. staffing delivery, with specific exposure to engineering or technical hiring. This individual should be capable of balancing team leadership with hands-on delivery ownership and should bring the judgment required to manage both recruiter performance and requirement strategy.

This person will not only manage a team but will elevate delivery standards and build a sharper execution culture within the function.

Why This Role Matters: This is a high-impact delivery leadership opportunity for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in building a strong engineering staffing engine for the U.S. market. The role offers visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to directly influence delivery performance and business outcomes.
