Role Overview
The Admissions Officer will be responsible for end-to-end admissions management, serving as the first point of contact for prospective parents and ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming admissions experience.
This role directly contributes to the school's growth and enrolment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, referrals)Counsel parents on curriculum, grades, school philosophy, and facilitiesConduct campus walkthroughs for prospective parentsGuide parents through the complete admissions process (forms, documents, timelines)Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into confirmed admissionsMaintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissionsProvide regular admissions updates to managementSupport admissions drives, open houses, and enquiry campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in
