end-to-end campaign execution, including keyword research, targeting, bidding, and budget managementOptimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as
CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, and overall sales contributionCollaborate with the Category, Creative, and E-commerce teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand objectives and promotional calendarsConduc
t performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting to identify optimization opportunitiesPrepare and present
weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting insights and recommendationsStay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in marketplace advertising and digital performance marketingEnsure adherence to brand guidelines and compliance with platform advertising policies
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)2-5 years of experience in Performance MarketingPrior hands-on experience with Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Platform is highly preferredStrong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign reporting tools
