  Role Description

  We are recruiting for a versatile individual in Compliance to ensure high standards of compliance and corporate governance:

  
  

  Lead end-to-end compliance processes and liaising across SEBI, RoC, and other regulatory bodies, including for initial PMS license procurementProactively anticipate regulatory changes and adapt compliance processes ahead of formal announcementsCoordinate closely with external CA, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governanceManage internal financial operations

  
  

  Preferred Background

  Experience: 1+ years in compliance for a SEBI-registered PMS, AIF or suitable experience that can translate well into this roleVersatility: Enthusiastic about proactively taking ownership of diverse responsibilities across compliance and operationsBonus: Zero-to-one experience at fintech startups and interest in staying fluent in modern AI tools
