    Position Summary


    We are seeking a proactive and organized Facilities & Admin Executive (Contract) to manage the day-to-day administration and facilities operations at our Pune site.


    The role is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient and engaging workplace by overseeing office administration, soft services, vendor management, travel desk operations, transport coordination and employee support services.


    The incumbent will play a key role in driving site-level employee engagement initiatives, including festival celebrations, wellness programs, cultural events, CSR activities, town halls and other local employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the HR team.


    The role also requires hands-on experience in managing the travel desk, including domestic and international travel bookings, hotel and cab arrangements, visa coordination, travel documentation and employee travel-related queries.


    The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, administration, travel desk and employee engagement, with strong vendor management, stakeholder coordination, communication and organizational skills.
