We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Tele Caller / Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, and convert prospects into site visits and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiriesExplain real estate projects (residential/commercial) to potential customersschedule site visits for the sales teamMaintain accurate client records in CRMFollow up with prospects regularly to close dealsAchieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goalsCoordinate with sales managers for deal closuresMaintain professional communication and client satisfactionRequirements:
