    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida with flexibility for some remote work, designed for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist in the E-commerce domain. The role involves directly interacting with customers via various channels to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing customer support processes, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, handling customer complaints, maintaining professionalism while liaising with clients, and offering timely and efficient resolutions for queries.

    Qualifications
    Expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and fostering superior Customer Satisfaction.Strong skills in Customer Experience management and enhancing customer loyalty.Exceptional Phone Etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.Proficient problem-solving skills and a passionate commitment to delivering exceptional service.Good organization, time management, and attention to detail to handle multiple queries effectively.Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is an advantage.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and/or related support systems.A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
