Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for US IT/Technical roles.Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.Use job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.Conduct initial HR/technical screenings.Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer process.Maintain candidate database and daily reports.Requirements:
