Overview:
We are looking for a CAD Tools Support Specialist to support and maintain our corporate CAD environment. The role focuses on Siemens NX and its integration with Teamcenter, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely user support, and secure system deployments. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an international environment and supporting engineering teams with reliable and efficient CAD solutions.
Minimum work experience: 3 to 7 years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Informatics, or a related field
Professional Requirement (SME)
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in CAD tools support or administrationStrong hands-on experience with Siemens NX (mandatory)Experience with Teamcenter integration is highly preferred.Area of responsibility
Provide daily support for corporate CAD tools(NX) and assist users with technical issuesInstall, maintain, and support NX and Teamcenter integrationsSupport regular software updates and cybersecurity-related activitiesDevelop and maintain add-ons for NXDeploy CAD solutions in line with corporate security standardsManage and resolve support tickets within agreed timelinesWork closely with international and cross-functional teamsSkills & Competencies

They would have hands-on experience with SAP and strong Excel skills and comfort with bulk data processing (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).Component Packaging Data maintenance:Validate and update dielines, pallet Patterns, units of measure, consumption quantities, packaging Materials, price, supplier info, MOQs, and lead timesPreparation of MigrationInitial process engineering Evaluation:Characterization of the classification properties on the Vendor part.
