Pinq Polka is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who understands fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and women-first storytelling. We are building a bold, comfort-first intimatewear and shapewear brand, and we're looking for someone who can help us grow through creators, communities, and authentic content.
This role is perfect for someone who loves discovering creators, building relationships, spotting content trends early, and turning influencer campaigns into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Scout, Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and collaborations with influencers.
Create script, concept, hooks and over all video plan and get it executed.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Stay updated with influencer trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with content and social media teams to create compelling influencer-led campaigns.
Manage influencer outreach, gifting programs, and performance-based collaborations.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand collaborations.
Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer landscape, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
Passion for the lifestyle, wellness, and personal care industry.
