Position Summary
Responsible for demand forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth production flow and timely order fulfillment as per sales demand and inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly demand & production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory, and plant capacity.Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, QA, and Dispatch teams for smooth execution.Monitor FG, RM, PM, and WIP inventory to avoid shortages, excess stock, and aging inventory.Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.Track production vs plan and ensure schedule adherence.Maintain optimum stock levels and monitor slow/non-moving inventory.Plan dispatches and ensure timely customer order fulfillment.Analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and prepare rolling demand plans.Reduce production losses, stock variance, and planning gaps.Prepare and circulate MIS reports related to production, inventory, shortages, and dispatch.Monitor KPI performance and recommend corrective actions.Key KPIs
