Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (walk-ins, site visits, digital leads, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects or units
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
