    8-15 years of experience in:

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and expand Government & PSU sales across Central and State departments

    Drive business through GeM, tenders, RFPs, rate contracts, and institutional procurement channels

    Build strong relationships with Government departments, PSUs, system integrators, consultants, and key stakeholders

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans for:

    Enterprise IT Infrastructure

    Mobility & Smart Devices

    AV & Smart Collaboration Solutions

    Cybersecurity Infrastructure & Services

    Manage complete bid lifecycle including opportunity identification, documentation, commercial coordination, pricing strategy, submission, and closure

    Work closely with OEMs and strategic partners including HP, Dell, Lenovo, Samsung, Fortinet, Sophos, BenQ, and other leading technology brands

    Coordinate internally with pre-sales, operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution

    Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong commercial governance and collections discipline


    Preferred Candidate Profile

    Strong understanding of Government procurement processes and GeM portal operations

    Proven experience handling large enterprise/government technology deals

    Existing network within Government departments, PSUs, defence-linked ecosystem, education, healthcare, or smart infrastructure projects will be an advantage

    Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and leadership skills

    Ability to independently drive large-scale opportunities from pipeline creation to closure


    Preferred Solution Exposure
