    About the Role

    Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in Government Procurement, Bidding, and Business Development? We are looking for a proactive Bid Executive who can identify business opportunities through tenders, evaluate requirements, and manage the complete bid lifecycle for government and enterprise projects.


    Key Responsibilities

    Search and identify relevant RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender opportunities through GeM and various e-Procurement portals.Analyze tender documents to assess eligibility, qualification criteria, evaluation parameters, and business fit.Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to evaluate technical and commercial feasibility.Participate in Go/No-Go decision-making for tender participation.Prepare, compile, and submit bid proposals within stipulated timelines.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required documents, certifications, and compliance information.Monitor bid progress, respond to client clarifications, and ensure timely communication.Develop presentations, proposal documents, and supporting materials as required by the RFP.Manage post-award activities including contract review, bank guarantees, security deposits, and agreement execution.Maintain bid records, tender trackers, and documentation for future reference.

    What We're Looking For

    Graduate in BTech/MSc-IT/Bsc-IT/MCA/BCA.Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to understand tender requirements and compliance criteria.Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with GeM and e-Procurement portals will be an added advantage.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
