Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Python Data Engineer to design, build, and scale robust data solutions that power PriceEasy's industry-leading platform. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud-based architectures, big data processing, and modern engineering practices to shape solutions that drive business intelligence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement modern cloud-based application architectures for data engineering and analytics workflows.
Develop, optimize, and maintain big data pipelines capable of handling large-scale datasets with efficiency.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable Python code for data processing, ETL, and application development.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across multiple systems and platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance and reliability, ensuring uptime and responsiveness.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders on best practices in architecture and data engineering.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proficiency in Python with demonstrated success in building scalable data solutions.
5+ years of experience in developing and scaling technology solutions.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
Hands-on experience in startups or high-growth environments.

Role OverviewThe Strategy Analyst will work directly with PriceEasy clients-helping them analyze performance, uncover insights, and make data-driven strategic decisions across pricing, profit optimization, customer behavior, and store operations.
This role is a hybrid between data analytics, consulting, and business strategy, ideal for someone who wants to work with clients, solve real retail problems, and produce high-quality insights that drive measurable ROI.
You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Data, and Implementation teams-but your primary focus is client consulting and analysis, not internal corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities1. Client-Facing Strategic AnalysisWork with clients to understand their business goals across pricing, margins, product mix, store performance, and network strategy.Run deep-dive analyses using PriceEasy's platform data-fuel pricing, pricebook, inventory, ordering, customer insights, and location intelligence.Build clear, story-driven insight decks showing trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.Support strategic planning discussions during weekly client calls, reviews, and QBRs.2. Advanced Data & Financial ModelingDevelop Excel/Sheets models for:Price/margin optimizationFuel elasticity & demand modelingProduct mix & category profitabilitySmart ordering recommendationsNetwork planning & trade area analysisCreate structured frameworks to help clients understand performance and drive decisions.3. Business Insights & AdvisoryIdentify business opportunities such as missed pricing opportunities, product gaps, inefficient ordering patterns, or low-performing SKUs.Work closely with CSMs to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for store operations, merchandising, and pricing teams.Help clients understand how to leverage PriceEasy modules for maximum ROI.4. Reporting, Dashboards & CommunicationBuild standardized reports and executive-style presentations for client stakeholders.Summarize insights in a simple, concise, visual format.Present findings during client meetings and serve as an analytical advisor.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to improve quality of insights and enhance analytical workflows.Partner with Implementation teams for data validation, KPI setup, and new client onboarding.
