We are urgently looking to onboard a skilled Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in securitisation (PTC/DA), debt documentation, and co-lending structures. This is a high-impact role, pivotal to enabling and supporting our core lending operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of financial and lending agreements in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for:Co-lending transactions with Banks/NBFCsSecuritisation transactions - including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documentsCoordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, compliance, finance, business teams) to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordinglyLiaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactionsEnsure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelinesSupport due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activitiesDesired Candidate Profile:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in the system (Tally/ERP/SAP/Oracle)
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions
Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules
Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies
Prepare data for tax computation and filing
Monitor compliance timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified CA
Freshers/2-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS
Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets
Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
