Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative & Influencer Strategy Manager to lead influencer-led thinking for key brands and front-end senior client stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of creative ideation, cultural understanding, market insights and strategic planning, and is responsible for shaping how brands use creators and influencer ecosystems to drive relevance, impact, and business outcomes.
The role is client facing, opinion led, and accountable for the quality, clarity, and commercial credibility of influencer strategy presented to clients.
Creative & Cultural Leadership
• Develop influencer-led creative ideas rooted in culture, platform behavior, and brand truth
• Identify cultural moments, emerging formats, and creator roles that brands can credibly participate in
• Push briefs beyond execution into clear creative territories and storytelling frameworks
• Apply strong creative judgment, knowing when restraint is the better strategic choice
Influencer & Social Strategy
• Own influencer strategy across launches, campaigns, and always-on programs
• Define the role of influencers across the consumer journey, from awareness to action
• Design influencer ecosystems and long-term narratives rather than one-off activations
• Make clear strategic trade-offs based on brand objectives, budgets, and platform realities
Client-Facing Leadership
• Front-end clients on influencer strategy, creative direction, and performance outcomes
• Lead senior client conversations with confidence and clarity
• Own difficult discussions including scope definition, creative pushback, and strategic rationale • Act as a trusted advisor who clients rely on for sound judgment
Campaign Design & Delivery Oversight
• Architect influencer programs including content formats, phasing, and amplification logic
• Partner closely with Talent Managers to ensure creator selection aligns with strategic intent
• Ensure creative and strategic quality across all influencer output
• Maintain consistency of thinking across multiple campaigns and brands Measurement & Strategic Learning
• Define success metrics that reflect both creative impact and business objectives
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable strategic and creative learnings
• Build strong post-campaign narratives explaining outcomes and implications

Experience:
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, creative planning, or integrated communications
• Proven experience working with large brands and agency environments
• Demonstrated experience front ending clients and presenting to senior stakeholders

• Acts as the primary strategic and creative influencer voice for clients, driving repeat briefs and senior stakeholder confidence.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Postgraduate degree or specialized certification in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Brand Communication is a plus but not mandatory

Role Summary
This is a mid-senior role responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships with media and content platforms, while driving high-impact brand projects for marquee clients. The role sits at the intersection of sales, client servicing, content strategy, and creative ideation, and plays a critical role in revenue growth, innovation, and differentiation for Publicis Content.
This person will own end-to-end platform-led content solutions-from identifying opportunities and pitching differentiated ideas, to executing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across platforms, creators, media agencies, and clients. And have experience of working in high performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
A) Platform Relationships & Strategic Partnerships
• Own and strengthen senior-level relationships with key media platforms (social, OTT, gaming, audio, creator ecosystems, emerging tech platforms).
• Identify and onboard new and emerging platforms relevant to evolving brand and audience needs.
• Co-create custom content IPs, integrations, and partnerships with platforms that deliver brand relevance and scale.
• Negotiate commercial frameworks, value-added opportunities, and preferential access for Publicis Content and Groupe agencies.
• Act as the primary strategic interface between platforms and internal stakeholders (media agencies, creative, clients).
B) Sales, Revenue & Business Growth
• Drive content-led revenue growth through platform partnerships, brand projects, and IP-based solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales conversations: opportunity identification, solutioning, pitching, pricing, and deal closure.
• Partner closely with media agency leadership and business heads to unlock incremental revenue from existing and new clients.
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and contribution to annual business targets.
• Develop scalable monetization models (fee-based, project-based, IP-led, revenue-share, platform-funded).
C) Brand Projects & Client Leadership
• Lead high-value brand content projects for top-tier clients across categories (FMCG, Auto, BFSI, Tech, Entertainment, Pharma, etc.).
• Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients on content strategy, platform selection, creator collaborations, and innovation.
• Ensure seamless client servicing excellence-from brief to delivery-across complex, multi platform executions.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and ensure long-term relationship growth and repeat business.
D) Ideation & Content Strategy
• Lead strategic ideation for platform-native, culture-led, and audience-first content solutions.
• Translate brand objectives into integrated content strategies across platforms, creators, media, and formats.
• Drive innovation in content formats including influencer marketing, IPs, branded entertainment, gaming, audio, live content, and shoppable experiences.
• Ensure all ideas are insight-led, platform-relevant, and measurable against clear KPIs. Execution Excellence
• Oversee execution quality across all projects, ensuring brand safety, platform compliance, and creative excellence.
• Manage multiple stakeholders including platforms, creators, production partners, legal, and finance.
• Ensure strong operational rigor-timelines, budgets, contracts, and post-campaign evaluation. • Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
Experience & Background:
• 10+ years of experience in content solutions, branded content, platform partnerships, or influencer/creator ecosystems.
• Experience working with media platforms OR leading media/creative/content agencies.
• Proven track record across sales + servicing + ideation + content strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing large, complex brand projects with senior clients.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, creator economy, media-content integrations, and evolving content formats.
