    About the Role:

    The role involves managing end-to-end campaigns on e-commerce and quick commerce marketing platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto etc., from consumer profiling to performance optimization, while integrating channels like AdWords and Facebook Ads to boost client reach, revenue, and retention, and providing e-commerce growth strategies in a fast-paced digital environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Holistic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Zepto platform functionalities to help brands navigate their growth opportunities.Fair understanding of Ecommerce & Quick Commerce business models.Work on a Client Account for Paid Digital Marketing.Understand Client's Business/Revenue model and goals.Do Consumer profiling & define Target Audience on Digital - Draw Consumer insights & map digital touch points.Fulfilment of Business goals (Reach, Awareness, Revenue, Retention etc.) through digital channels.Create Paid Media campaign plans inclusive of all channels (Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), AdWords, Facebook, Affiliates, Programmatic etc.)Execute, monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns.Generate campaign and analytics insights by analyzing digital & business data in depth - Manage day to day client management as well as reporting and reviews.Analyzing & optimizing campaign performance to increase ROI of brands.Recommending E-commerce best practices to improve brand market share.Groom and Mentor colleagues & junior's as per requirements.


    Required Skills:

    Curiosity to learn & grow in a fast-paced environment.Agile & proactive when suggesting ideas or brainstorming with team/client.Ability to take ownership & working with brands & Ecommerce platforms.Upskilling constantly to keep up with the industry trends & updates.Knowledge & exposure towards of AdWords and/or Facebook Ads will be an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing client history, goals, hurdles and insights for strategic development

    • Develop media plans and recommendations to coincide with media strategy and KPIs

    • Lead in the development of all major presentations/decks. Gain appropriate internal approvals prior to release to the client

    • Maintain strong working relationship with client and internal constituents

    • Identify opportunities for the client growth

    • Notify agency management for client issues/problems

    • Ensure documentation of client conversations and agreements through conference reports

    • Ensure all client materials/correspondence are on strategy and of the highest quality

    • Supervise and mentor junior staff

    • Keep self-abreast on the current on events, latest trends and strong industry knowledge.

    • Ensure that media plans are well placed and maintained effectively, meeting the desired budget and impressions.

    • Review and propose media spend adjustments according to performance and market conditions

    • Track media markets using data gathered from research, analysis of market trends, media supply availability, new market opportunities, and competitive activity.


    Skills/Competency/Experience

    • Practical knowledgeable & exposure about and experienced with the concepts, approaches and issues involved in traditional media planning. Understanding of Digital Ecosystem will be added advantage

    • Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media

    • Proficient in all syndicated and proprietary media applications.

    • Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    • Able to tap into proprietary consumer insight applications or alternative sources for more in-depth analysis.

    • Keep abreast to the development and trends in the ever-changing media landscape.

    • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

    • High level of organization and analytical skills

    • Proven experience of working closely with the team

    • Comfortable with ambiguity.

    • Exceptional organizational and management skills along with financial acumen

    • Strong ability to follow through on commitments.

    • Working knowledge of Media Softwares like BARC, TAM, MAP
