    Role Summary

    We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and driving property sales from inquiry to closure. This role demands strong communication skills, effective client-handling abilities, and a results-driven mindset. The candidate will also coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agents for lead generation, schedule and manage site visits, and provide professional assistance to walk-in clients with utmost hospitality.



    Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in clients at project sites with professionalism and hospitality. Present project details, layouts, pricing, and key features effectively.Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed sales.Handle negotiations, bookings, and ensure smooth completion of documentation and payments.Generate new leads through tele-calling, referrals, Channel Partners, and other activities.Coordinate with brokers, agents, and channel partners for client sourcing.Maintain and update client data in CRM/ERP systems.Plan and manage site visits for potential buyers.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams during campaigns and events.Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets.



    Qualifications & Skills1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or customer handling (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).Good communication and presentation abilities.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Basic knowledge of the Mumbai / KDMC real estate market is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).

    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client interactions, site visits, and sales operations, while guiding and mentoring sales executives to achieve targets. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a hands-on approach to both sourcing and closing deals.


    Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and assist the sales team in managing walk-in clients at project sites with professionalism and hospitality.Oversee client interactions, presentations, and property walkthroughs to ensure quality service.Support the team in handling negotiations, bookings, and completing documentation and payments.Monitor and guide lead generation activities through tele-calling, referrals, brokers, and channel partners.Maintain and review client data in CRM/ERP systems, ensuring timely follow-ups.Plan and coordinate site visits and promotional events for the sales team.Track and ensure the team meets daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.Provide training, guidance, and motivation to junior sales executives to improve performance.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotional activities.



    Qualifications & Skills3-6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to mentor, guide, and manage a small sales team.Knowledge of the Mumbai / KDMC real estate market is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
