    About the Company



    We are seeking a highly experienced Global Talent Acquisition Lead to own and scale our end-to-end hiring strategy across international markets. This role will drive the global recruitment engine, build strong talent pipelines, partner with senior leadership, and deliver high-quality hires with speed and consistency. The position requires deep expertise in India talent markets (especially Mumbai) combined with proven experience hiring across the MEA and APAC.



    About the Role



    Key Responsibilities



    Global Hiring Strategy & Execution Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for global roles across functions, seniority levels, and regions.Build annual and quarterly hiring plans in partnership with business leaders, delivery heads, and HR.Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy aligned to business priorities.Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence Own recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer-to-acceptance ratio, quality of hire, and hiring forecast accuracy.Implement standardized, scalable recruitment processes across geographies.Drive automation, AI sourcing, ATS optimization, and data-driven recruitment decisioning.Talent Pipeline & Market Intelligence Build talent pipelines for critical skills and leadership roles across global markets.Conduct talent mapping, competitor benchmarking, and salary intelligence for strategic hiring.Partner with business units to forecast demand and improve workforce planning accuracy.Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement Work closely with global leaders, hiring managers, and executive teams to ensure recruitment success.Provide high-quality advisory on talent availability, hiring feasibility, and talent strategy.Deliver weekly/monthly hiring dashboards and insights.Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Strengthen employer brand positioning in India and key global markets.Lead campus, lateral, and diversity hiring programs.Ensure a world-class, consistent candidate experience across regions.Vendor & Partner Management Manage RPO partners & global recruitment agencies.Optimize vendor performance, quality, and cost-efficiency.Team Leadership Lead, coach, and scale a multi-region recruitment team.Build a high-performance TA culture focused on agility, quality, and innovation.


    Qualifications



    14-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 8 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing global hiring across MEA & APAC.Strong understanding of Mumbai and India talent markets, especially QE & Testing roles within BFS domain.Expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and SLA management.Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or similar).Demonstrated success running large-scale hiring ramp-ups and leadership hiring.Strong business acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


    Required Skills

Automated approach for repetitive reconciliation tasks (Source-to-Target) to reduce manual effort and increase team throughput.


    2. Delivery & Quality Governance -

    Act as the Final Technical Sign-off for test plans and results across multiple projects. Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on data discrepancies and schema drifts. Ensure all testing activities comply with customers' requirements as per Requirement specification. Should have proper understanding of QA project documentation and dependency.


    3. Team Mentorship & Resource Levelling-

    Provide technical guidance to 4-5 Junior Testers, performing code reviews of their SQL/scripts. Ensure their doubts are handled in time to reduce invalid bugs during testing.


    4. Stakeholder Management-

    Interface with Client Data Leads and Architects to understand pipeline build and upcoming changes. Translate technical data risks into business impact reports for the Project / Program Manager. Attend and handle Daily calls for ongoing projects for status updates and technical support along with test engineers
