    Role Overview


    We are looking for a revenue-driven Account Manager to manage and grow enterprise client accounts within the IT services and digital transformation space. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in account growth, upselling, and managing large IT services engagements, with a proven track record of driving revenue and building long-term client relationships.


    Key Responsibilities


    Account Management & Client Relationship


    • Own and manage key enterprise client accounts as the primary point of contact

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders

    • Conduct QBRs, governance meetings, and strategic account reviews


    Revenue Growth & Account Expansion


    • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account mining

    • Identify and convert white-space opportunities within existing accounts

    • Own account-level revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management


    Business Development & Sales


    • Manage end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting RFP negotiation closure)

    • Lead new logo acquisition along with expansion of existing accounts

    • Collaborate with presales and solution teams for proposal development (RFP/RFI/RFQ)


    Delivery & Execution Oversight


    • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction • Manage client escalations and ensure SLA adherence

    • Align delivery with client expectations and business outcomes


    Reporting & Governance


    • Develop account plans, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies

    • Track KPIs, pipeline, and account performance

    • Provide regular updates to leadership on revenue, risks, and opportunities


    Required Skills & Experience


    Must Have

    • 10-13 years of experience in Account Management / Client Partner / Business Development roles in IT Services


    • Proven track record of:

    o Revenue ownership (multi-million deals preferred)

    o Upselling / cross-selling / account growth

    o End-to-end sales cycle management


    • Strong experience in IT services / digital / cloud / data / application services

    • Experience working with enterprise clients (BFSI, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, etc is a Plus.
