At Rainforest, luxury lies in seamless service and thoughtful coordination. We're looking for a Concierge Executive to support our operations team by ensuring guest requirements are handled efficiently and professionally throughout their stay.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Concierge Executive works closely with Property Managers and Operations to coordinate services, manage guest requests, and uphold service standards across our luxury villas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with vendors to fulfil guest service requests
• Act as a point of contact for service-related guest assistance
• Promote available in-villa services and conveniences
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
• Ensure guest requests are addressed promptly and professionally

Rainforest is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Property Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned luxury villas in North Goa. Role Overview:
The Property Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end villa operations, including guest handling, housekeeping supervision, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. The role involves direct interaction with guests, staff, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high service standards across all properties.
Key responsibilities:
Villa Operations & Maintenance
Oversee daily operations of assigned villasEnsure villas are fully prepared for guest arrivalsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeepConduct regular inspections for cleanliness and functionalityGuest Experience Management
Manage guest check-ins and check-outsAct as the primary point of contact during guest staysHandle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionallyEnsure quick resolution of issues to maintain high satisfactionHousekeeping & Staff Supervision
Supervise housekeeping teams to maintain presentation standardsManage on-ground staff including housekeeping and support teamsPrepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffingVendor & Service Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and operational needsMonitor vendor performance and ensure timely service deliveryFollow up on pending tasks and escalate recurring issuesEscalation & Issue Management
Handle operational and guest-related escalationsResolve issues efficiently with minimal guest disruptionCoordinate with internal teams and management when requiredAdministration & Reporting
Maintain records including inventories, maintenance logs, and attendanceShare regular updates on villa condition and guest feedbackEnsure adherence to operational processes and standardsKey Skills we're looking for:
