Conduct deep-dive market assessments to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.Translate market insights into actionable partnership strategies and internal innovation projects.Evaluate internal capabilities and external technologies (ingredients, delivery systems) to deliver differentiated solutions.Build robust business cases and commercialization pathways to capture maximum value.Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead marketing activities across sales, business development, and technical teams to ensure alignment and impactful growth.Establish clear marketing protocols and foster a culture of market-driven decision-making.Represent the organization at key industry trade shows and global events.Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Chemistry (MBA preferred).Experience: 5+ years of proven success in strategic marketing, business development, or commercial leadership.Sector Expertise: Deep experience within the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients sectors.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharma and nutra value chains, regulatory frameworks, and innovation ecosystems.Analytical Skills: High financial acumen with experience building ROI models and business cases.Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional, global teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience managing recruiting teams, in financial or professional services, with a passion for innovative sourcing and talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, the candidate should possess:
Strong subject matter knowledge in talent acquisition strategies and processes for identifying, attracting and hiring high caliber talent across various business lines within financial services, banking, or professional servicesExperience hiring for Asset and Wealth Management rolesTrack record of managing high performing recruitment functions with dedicated focus on elevated client and candidate services and fast-paced deliveryExperienced with various sourcing strategies and processes including digital, video-based and/or AI based screening and search toolsExcellent client service focus and ability to develop effective partnerships inside and outside the organization Experienced in managing a hybrid team and/or partnering with an RPOStrong communication and influencing skills; demonstrated success in working with all levels of the firm and collaborating cross-functionallyStrong commercial awareness to drive quality, efficiency and cost savingsBroad knowledge and understanding of the People functionKnowledge and hands on experience with Workday Recruiting Project management skills with track record of focusing on positive, high impact outcomes Read LessQualifications
