Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients and provide professional real estate consultancy services across Pune's East market.Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver a seamless property buying experience.Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to achieve targets.Utilize social media and digital platforms for lead generation, branding, and client engagement.Coordinate with internal teams and developers for effective sales closures.
What We're Looking For
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy with a proven track record of closures.
Skills & PersonalityStrong communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach towards sales.Confident personality with a professional attitude and team collaboration mindset.
EducationMBA preferred, though graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
EssentialsOwn two-wheeler or four-wheeler.Laptop and smartphone mandatory.Active understanding of social media platforms and digital lead generation.
