Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Event Operations & Production Executive with strong expertise in exhibitions and BTL activations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of events, ensuring smooth operations through efficient logistics management, vendor coordination, and on-ground supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics & Operations Management
Plan and execute logistics for events and exhibitions including venue setup, materials, and equipmentCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery and installationManage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiencyOversee setup, live execution, and dismantling while maintaining timelines and quality standards2. Production & Technical Execution
Handle technical aspects including audio-visuals, lighting, staging, and production setupsWork closely with internal teams (marketing & creative) and external vendorsEnsure seamless execution of BTL activations and exhibitionsMaintain clear communication across all stakeholdersMonitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery of all event elements3. On-ground Event Supervision
Manage real-time event challenges and provide quick solutionsEnsure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and exhibitorsMaintain high-quality execution standards during live events4. Post-Event Management
Prepare P&L reports and manage cost analysisCoordinate vendor billing and paymentsEvaluate event performance and identify improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven experience in event operations, exhibitions, or BTL activationsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of event logistics, production, and technical executionBudgeting and cost management expertiseBachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)Basic understanding of A/V production is a plusAdditional Requirements
Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocateOwn 2-wheeler is mandatory for local travel and coordinationStrong hands-on experience in BTL activations is highly preferredWhy Join Us?
