Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Kochi. The Finance Manager will manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee audits. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. The role also involves managing relationships with financial service providers and stakeholders, as well as mentoring and guiding the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Experience with Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and ForecastingProficiency in Financial Analysis, Risk Management, and Strategic PlanningKnowledge of Accounting Principles, Taxation, and Regulatory ComplianceProficiency in Accounting Software and ExcelStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environmentAnalytical mindset with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldProfessional certifications like CPA, CFA, or CA are an added advantageExperience in managing finances in the healthcare industry is a plus
