Your Role as Co-Founder & CMO
You will lead and own everything marketing - from brand and growth to storytelling and scale.

You will:
Architect RiseUpp's brand strategy and creative identity across digital platformsLead performance marketing, community growth, and influencer collaborationsBuild and scale user acquisition funnels (organic + paid)Drive PR, media, partnerships, and thought-leadership contentCreate viral campaigns that make RiseUpp a household nameWork closely with the CEO & CTO to drive user growth, revenue, and impactIdeal Profile
6-12 years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth (preferably in EdTech, consumer internet, or high-growth startups)Proven track record of scaling a brand or business from 0 1 100Strong storytelling and analytical mindsetEntrepreneurial spirit with a deep passion for education and innovationWhat You'll Get
