Role Overview
The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for managing interior projects from site measurement and design finalization through production, installation, and project handover. The role requires strong coordination between customers, designers, vendors, factory teams, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior projects.
- Create project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Ensure timely completion of projects with minimal delays.
Site Management
- Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
- Verify site readiness before installation.
- Resolve site-related challenges and execution issues.
Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
Quality Control
- Monitor workmanship and installation quality.
- Ensure projects meet Livana quality standards.
- Conduct final inspections before project handover.
Client Management
- Provide regular project updates to customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage project handovers and collect customer feedback.
Vendor & Team Management
- Coordinate with contractors, installers, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
- Ensure teams follow project timelines and quality requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and residential interiors.
- Ability to read interior drawings and technical plans.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in modular furniture or interior execution companies.
- Experience handling multiple residential projects simultaneously.
