Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings, including accurate electrical and plumbing layouts, sections, elevations.
Key Responsibilities:
1 . Design & Planning:
Lead the design process, creating conceptual layouts, space planning, and architectural drawings, including sections and elevations. Develop and present creative, functional design solutions tailored to the client's needs and project requirements.
2 . Collaborative Coordination:
Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of interior design plans, including integration of electrical and plumbing systems. Ensure all designs comply with local codes, standards, and regulations.
3 . Technical Drawings:
Prepare detailed technical drawings for construction, including floor plans, elevations, sections. Ensure accuracy in all design elements, particularly concerning electrical and plumbing layouts.
4 . Client Interaction & Communication:
Establish strong relationships with clients, understand their vision and needs, and provide regular project updates. Present design concepts and revisions, incorporate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
5 . Material & Product Selection:
Source and recommend materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures in line with the design vision and client budget. Provide product samples and options for client approval.
6 . Site Visits & Project Management:
Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned. Collaborate with contractors and vendors to troubleshoot any issues related to electrical, plumbing, or design discrepancies.
7 . Budget & Timeline Management:
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that design elements are completed on time and within the allocated budget. Monitor the projects progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
8 . Sustainability & Functionality:
Incorporate sustainable design practices and functionality in all designs, considering the environmental impact of materials and systems used in the interior space.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer with hands-on experience in designing layouts, sections, elevations, and incorporating electrical and plumbing systems into designs. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD.Office Timing - 10-6:30 pm

Role & responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D visualizations of residential interiors and exteriors. Interpret architectural and interior design drawings, sketches, and mood boards into detailed 3D models. Apply lighting, texturing, and materials using V-Ray and Corona Renderer for photorealistic rendering. Use AutoCAD to read and reference floor plans and elevation drawings. Perform post-production editing in Photoshop to enhance final render outputs. Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to develop and refine visual concepts. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of visual output and detail.Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in 3ds Max, with strong rendering skills using V-Ray or Corona Renderer. Working knowledge of AutoCAD for architectural detailing and base modeling. Strong post-production skills using Adobe Photoshop. Proven experience working on residential projects Excellent sense of composition, color, lighting, and material realism. Ability to manage time and multiple project requirements effectively. A strong portfolio demonstrating residential visualization work is required.Qualification Required:
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design/visualization field.
OR any course of 3D.
