Role: Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive (Freshers)
We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are passionate about education and student guidance. You'll play a key role in assisting with school admissions, engaging with parents and students, and conducting outreach activities to promote our school and its programs.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel parents and students about school programs, curriculum, and admission proceduresHandle admission inquiries, calls, and follow-ups effectivelyKnowledge of Social Media platforms, Basic knowledge of MS OfficeConduct school promotional and awareness sessions in local communitiesAssist in marketing and outreach campaigns (both online & offline)Support partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizationsWork towards achieving admission targets for each academic sessionRequirements
Graduate (Marketing, Education, or Counseling preferred)Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and MarathiConfident, energetic, and eager to learnStrong interest in education, child development, and parent engagementFreshers are welcome!
