The role would be responsible for developing, leading and executing Quality Assurance Strategies, for reducing the rejection and improving the overall effectiveness of Quality function.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Implementation of Quality Management System,
•Good Exposure in Audits ( i.e Internal System Audits. Process & Products Audits, Supplier Audits.
•Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits.
•Customer complaint handling, Investigating customer complaints.
•Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing.
•Handling of customers, Customer specific requirements and coordination with customer
•Proficient in leading dedicated teams for running successful process operations along with quality compliance measures.
•Solid experience and good understanding of quality principles and core tools (e.g., QMS , SPC, Control Plan, QC Tools, 5-S , Kaizen , 8 D Analysis etc)
•Maintain Quality Management System & should have experience as a Key person in Implementation of ISO 9001
•Knowledge of all kind of Customer specific audit
•Manages and executes quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
•Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
•Responsible to Set KPI's of Team linked to Department Objective & Feedback /Monitoring for Improvement.
•Handling of accredited lab Supplier audits
•Training on Quality systems.
•Knowledge of Critical Measuring Equipment.
