We're looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to join our Project Management team and play a critical role in managing complex programs with cross functional teams and global customers.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead timely project kick off for awarded projectsPrepare, track, and update project Gantt charts and delivery schedulesCoordinate closely with cross functional teams (PR&D, AR&D, PE, QA, QC, Production, etc.)Maintain and update action trackers for project activitiesShare regular project updates with customers and Business Development teamsOrganize and facilitate teleconferences / video conferences with customersPresent project status during Project Review Meetings (CDRT)Proactively identify, highlight, and escalate risks or roadblocks to senior managementEnsure complete and timely project documentation, including closureCoordinate with Finance and BD for invoice generation and updatesPerformance Focus
On time project delivery (QUOTIF) as committedEffective handling of scope changes, project creep, and stakeholder communicationOverall project governance and customer satisfactionQualifications & Experience
M.Sc. (Chemistry) or Chemical EngineeringMinimum 6 years' experience working with cross functional teams (PR&D, AR&D, Tech Transfer, PE, Production, Outsourcing)8-12 years' experience as a Program / Project Manager in a reputed CDMOAPI CDMO preferredFormulation CDMO acceptableCRO experience least preferredPMP certification / MBA - desirable but not mandatoryKey Competencies
