About the Role:
Samskara Pushkar, a luxury 181-room five-star resort, is seeking a polished and service-driven Front Office Executive to join its guest relations and reception team. The ideal candidate will embody warmth, professionalism, and efficiency while delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with international hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a refined sense of hospitality and attention to detailManage check-in, check-out, and guest service procedures efficientlyHandle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with tact and empathyCoordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfactionMaintain accurate guest records, billing, and reservation detailsUphold grooming, communication, and service standards befitting a 5-star environmentSupport the Front Office Manager and assist with VIP handling and daily reporting
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferredMinimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industryPositive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to guest excellence
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability, ranging from 30,000 to 55,000 per month.
Location: Pushkar, Rajasthan (on-site role; accommodation available if required)
