    Job Purpose

    To support and empower students with diverse learning needs by developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), encouraging inclusive classroom practices, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and the school community to ensure the holistic development of every learner.

    Key Responsibilities

    Teaching & Learning

    Identify, assess, and support students with learning differences, disabilities, or special needs.Design and deliver tailored learning interventions, both one-on-one and in small groups.Collaborate with subject teachers to adapt curriculum content, teaching methods, and classroom strategies to support inclusive education.Promote a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that encourages student independence and confidence.

    Assessment & Reporting

    Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) with clear goals and strategies.Track student progress through formal and informal assessments.Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, assessments, and student progress.

    Curriculum Development

    Support curriculum adaptation to address the needs of learners with diverse abilities.Integrate assistive technologies and differentiated instructional strategies where appropriate.Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote inclusivity and accessibility in learning.

    Pastoral & Administrative Duties

    Encourage positive relationships with students to support their emotional and social well-being.Work closely with parents to provide guidance, progress updates, and resources.Support school events, awareness programs, and activities related to inclusivity.Complete all administrative responsibilities, including reports and compliance documentation.

    Professional Development
