Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial reviews.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and capital utilization.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on revenue trends, margins, and cost control.Support leadership in financial modeling, business projections, and growth planning.Project & Operational Finance
Monitor project-level P&L, resource utilization, and gross margin performance.Review timesheets, billing hours, and ensure accuracy of project cost allocations.Coordinate with delivery and sales teams for project cost estimations, pricing, and renewals.Manage invoicing cycles, revenue recognition, and client payment follow-ups.Compliance & Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Handle statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.Business Finance & Decision Support
Partner with delivery and sales teams to monitor project-level margins, pricing, and cost structures.Review client contracts for commercial and financial implications.Lead financial due diligence and integration activities for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.Process Excellence
Develop and implement strong internal controls and financial procedures.Streamline reporting processes through automation and ERP enhancements.Partner with HR for payroll validation, variable pay computation, and benefits accountingTeam & Stakeholder Management
Supervise the accounts and finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, HR, Sales, Procurement) for smooth financial operations.Present financial summaries and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.Financial Oversight

Licensing Sales AccountingTrack and reconcile revenue from licensing deals and partner contracts.Ensure accurate recording of licensing income, commissions, and deductions.US accounting experienceQualifications & Experience:
MBA in Finance (preferred).13-16 years of experience in finance management, in an IT services or technology organization.Strong understanding of project-based accounting, cost allocation, and margin tracking.Proficiency in financial software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or other ERP systems).Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities. Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect - Azure Focus
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Architecture & Design:Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions primarily on Azure, with an understanding of AWS and GCP for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.Cloud Migration:Lead end-to-end migration projects, including moving workloads, applications, and data from AWS, GCP, and On-premises environments to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.Presales & Client Engagement:Collaborate with sales teams during the presales phase to assess client requirements, create tailored cloud solutions, and present technical proposals to clients.Security & Compliance:Design and implement security frameworks on Azure, ensuring compliance with industry standardsLanding Zones & Infrastructure as Code:Implement Azure Landing Zones, ensuring governance, security, and scalability. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates for repeatable deployments.Post-Migration Support:Provide ongoing support after migrations to optimize performance, security, and cost efficiency in Azure environments.Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with a strong focus on Azure.Proven experience in cloud migration projects (On-premises, AWS, GCP to Azure).Expertise in designing and implementing Azure-based solutions (e.g., VMs, AKS, App Services, Active Directory).Solid understanding of cloud security practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Azure Bicep).Experience with cloud cost optimization and management tools (e.g., Azure Cost Management).Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) preferred.Desired Skills:
Experience with AWS and GCP platforms, including integration with Azure for hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Read LessRoles and Responsibilities :
1. At least 8 to 10 years experience with Project Management on Microsoft platforms and technologies
2. Should have experience with full lifecycle fixed price SDLC applications
3. Experience executing projects on Microsoft SharePoint Intranets / SharePoint Document Management Systems/ Power Platform / Data warehousing on Microsoft SQL Server / .Net Custom applications
4. Experience in executing projects involving SharePoint Site and Document Migrations / Email migrations / Migrations to Azure / Email migrations would be preferred.
5. Should have relevant technical knowledge of at least one the technology areas listed in Sr No 3
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
7. Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
8. Expertise in project planning, Gannt charts, resource loading
9. Experience in managing a project directly with the Customer
10. PMP and/or SCRUM Certification would be an advantage
