We are working closely with security leaders and enterprise teams as we build the foundation of the platform and shape the future of modern security operations. We are looking for a highly organized Founder's Associate to work directly with the founding team to help scale our early go-to-market efforts.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, growth, and customer engagement. Your job will be to help transform conversations, events, and outreach into a structured pipeline and repeatable GTM process. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure to enterprise customers, cybersecurity leaders, and the inner workings of an early-stage startup.
Responsibilities
Founder-Led Pipeline Management
Support the founders in managing outbound engagement and relationship development with enterprise security leadersTrack conversations, follow-ups, and meetings across target accountsEnsure all interactions are captured and progressed in the CRM
CRM & Revenue Operations
Build and maintain the company CRM structure and pipeline stagesEnsure pipeline data is clean, structured, and actionableCreate dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and engagement
Account Research & Targeting
Research target organizations and stakeholders across security, risk, and compliance teamsPrepare account insights that support personalized outreach and engagement
Events & Field Engagement
Coordinate outreach and logistics around conferences, industry events, and executive dinnersManage attendee tracking, invitations, and post-event follow-upsHelp convert event conversations into pipeline opportunities
Operational Execution
Ensure follow-ups and next steps happen consistently across conversationsSupport scheduling, meeting preparation, and documentationHelp maintain operational discipline across early GTM activities
Qualifications
2-3 years experience in sales operations, growth, business development, or early-stage GTM rolesStrong organizational and operational skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsCurious about cybersecurity, enterprise software, and emerging technologies
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Clay, Apollo, or similar CRM/outbound platforms is a plus.
