Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Associate Director - B2B Growth (8 years experience) to lead our B2B customer acquisition for Orchard - our high-intent lead pool to convert technical interest into enterprise-wide commercial wins.
This is a Player-Coach profile: you must have the gravitas to navigate a boardroom with a CTO/Head of Engineering/QA Heads, and the grit to manage & convert your own top-of-funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
The "Grit" (Execution): Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold outreach to final signature.The "Gravitas" (Closing): Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder motions (typically 6+ stakeholders) with long enterprise cycles of 9+ months.Outcome-to-Solution Translation: B2B AI buyers purchase business outcomes, not model specs. You will sell the transition from "3-6 month implementation" to "Hours-to-Minutes regression cycles".Technical POV Leadership: Conduct "show me" evaluations. You will be responsible for converting technical Proof of Values (POVs) into commercial victories.Ecosystem Instinct: Collaborate with Hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP) and System Integrators (SIs) who are often part of the enterprise evaluation.What We Are Looking For
