About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to drive people initiatives aligned with business goals in a fast-paced, compliance-driven operational environment. The role will lead talent management, specialized hiring, employee engagement, compliance, employee relations, and change management across both frontline and enablement teams. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to build a high-performance, client-first culture while ensuring workforce capability, operational efficiency, and audit readiness through data-driven HR practices.

Required Expertise: MBA in HR with 3-5 years of experience, ideally within Logistics, Pharma, or a high-intensity operational environment.Required Skills:

Detail-oriented and performance-driven Control Tower Operations Professional responsible for monitoring and managing end-to-end logistics operations through centralized control tower systems. Ensures seamless shipment movement by proactively tracking deliveries, identifying operational exceptions, and driving timely resolution of delays to maintain SLA, TAT, and KPI commitments. Utilizes operational data, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance, support decision-making, and enhance supply chain visibility. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for continuous operational improvement. Supports process optimization, compliance adherence, reporting accuracy, and system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness across logistics operations.
Responsibilities

Results-driven Air Freight Operations & Logistics Coordinator with expertise in managing end-to-end international export and import shipments across multimodal supply chains. Skilled in coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA), airlines, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless cargo movement, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. Adept at handling shipment documentation, flight and routing coordination, shipment tracking, POD management, data logger monitoring, and vendor invoice processing. Strong ability to optimize operational efficiency, maintain service quality, and provide proactive communication to clients while ensuring compliance with international trade and logistics standards
Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and manage mandatory export/import documents.Coordinate with CHA, airlines, and overseas agents for service availability, rates, and flight schedules.Track shipments end-to-end and provide timely status updates to clients and other stakeholders.Coordinate pickup, domestic connections, international handover, and final delivery with hubs, CHA, airlines, and counterpart agents.Update system entries with PODs & Data logger readings, if applicable.Manage vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payment follow-ups.Qualifications:
Any graduate with adequate exposure to International freight forwarding experience. Masters or any SCM certifications preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Relevant 3-5 years of experience in Cold chain, Diagnostic or Pharma sectors.
