    Ecommerce Advertisement Sales Specialist

    Sush Essentials Pvt. Ltd. (SEREKO) is incorporated start-up company from Noida, seeking to get into the Holistic Wellness space. The Company's purpose is to build a complete wellness portfolio eventually. SEREKO is India's 1st Psychodermatology brand that with its unique bend that aims to reverse the effects of Mental stress on the Skin. The company intends to market and sell its D2C brand portfolio, spanning Topical Skincare products with complementing Nutraceuticals (supplements) to treat the skincare concerns in stream along with providing surface solutions.


    Responsibilities:

    Joint Business planning for lead account along with the marketplaces POCs.Develop & implement on platform marketing places across platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Purple, etc.Identify plan & implement new initiatives to increase revenue, improve customer experience & operational efficiency by working closely with platform teams.Own & manage monthly marketing & offers calendars across platforms.Complete ownership of search PPC & display PPM campaigns on various e-com platformsWork closely and assist the sales and marketing teams in launching new products and market research.Monitor & implement new launch plans across platforms to ensure their success Analysis and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisunderstanding the shoppers by portal & category, creating Brand Awareness, hence driving sales and traffic.Understanding of Operations and Warehouse Models like Dropship/ D2C/ B2C/FBA/IXD/DF/PPMPUnderstanding Organic Search & Search interceptions and ways to influence the same with continuous support on E-com catalog overhaul and subsequent ongoing managementTrack Rating & Reviews to improve overall Shopper Experience.


    Requirements:

    Graduate/ Post GraduatesAnalyticalSolid understanding of marketing principlesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBudget Planning & ExecutionExpertise in Planning & Running Ads on self-service marketplaces.



    Prefer Industry : Skin Care, Personal care, FMCG, FMCD, E-Commerce (D2C)


    Experience: Relevant 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce Advertising/ operations/key Accounts

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Key Account Manager - E-commerce to drive our growth across leading online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, and our own D2C channels. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in e-commerce sales, account management, and digital strategy, particularly within the skincare, personal care, health, wellness, or food industries.



    Key Responsibilities:

    Own and grow revenue for key e-commerce accounts (marketplaces and D2C).Manage day-to-day operations across platforms including listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and visibility strategies in coordination with digital and brand teams.Analyze data on sales performance, traffic,conversions, and ROI to optimizestrategies.Coordinate with internal teams for supply chain, logistics, creative assets, and customer service.Maintain strong relationships with account managersfrom marketplaces for better visibility and support.Track competitors and markettrends to identifygrowth opportunities and gaps.


    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Bachelor's degreein any stream (MBA is a plus).Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce accountmanagement, ideally within FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Beauty & Personal Care industries.Sound understanding of marketplace platforms and D2C business models.Familiarity with tools like Amazon SellerCentral, Flipkart Portal,Shopify, Google Analytics, etc.Strong numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
