About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to work on residential apartment interior projects. The role involves handling projects from initial concept through execution, including client interaction, design development, and on-site coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeet clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budgetsDevelop space plans, layouts, and interior design concepts for residential apartmentsCreate mood boards, material selections, and design presentationsPrepare BOQs and assist with cost estimationCoordinate with execution teams, vendors, and site supervisorsVisit project sites regularly for measurements, supervision, and quality checksEnsure design accuracy and proper execution at siteHandle design revisions and client feedback professionallyRequired Skills & Qualifications1-4 years of experience in residential interior designProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualisation toolsKnowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, materials, finishes, and false ceilingsStrong communication and client-handling skillsWillingness to visit the project sites for measurements and coordinationUnderstanding of the Hyderabad residential market is an added advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of 25,000 per month (based on experience)Opportunity to work on complete residential interior projects from concept to executionCollaborative, practical, and growth-oriented work environment
