Key Responsiblities
Manage end-to-end operations of assigned properties
Handle tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and documentation
Ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction levels
Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, housekeeping, and security staff
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure upkeep standards
Resolve tenant concerns and escalations in a timely and professional manner
Track rent collections, utility payments, and operational expenses
Maintain property records, reports, and compliance documentation
Work closely with sales and leasing teams to support occupancy goals
Implement operational improvements and process efficiencies
Qualifications
Property management experience, including tenant communication, issue resolution, and handling leases.Proficiency in operations management, including budget handling and compliance with local regulations.Knowledge of facility management, maintenance coordination, and vendor relations.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.Tech-savvy with the ability to efficiently use property management software.A degree in business administration, property management, or a related field is a plus.
Location:Noida/Gurugram
Salary: upto 25000 (depending upon interview and experience)
