Key Responsibilities :
Manage hostel, guest house, canteen, housekeeping, sanitation, and other facility services.Oversee employee transportation, vehicle management, guest hospitality, and VIP visit arrangements.Plan and execute CSR initiatives and coordinate with local authorities, hospitals, schools, and NGOs.Manage service contracts and monitor the performance of vendors such as housekeeping, security, transportation, and canteen.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, licenses, and administrative documentation.Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, MIS reports, and administrative expenses.Lead and develop the administration team to ensure efficient service delivery.Eligibility
